NIPUN MEHTA
Nipun Mehta has been practicing as a physiotherapist for more than ten years and since then has gained significant experience treating patients with Vestibular issues, Concussion assessment and management, TMJ issues and a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries including sport-related injuries, work-related injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries.
After completing his education in India in 2008, he started his career working with patients undergoing human embryonic stem cell treatment (HESC).
Nipun moved to Canada in 2009 to fulfill his desire to learn and explore the world. He believes in expanding his knowledge through continuous education courses and self-learning tools to keep him updated about the new techniques and advancements in the field of physical rehabilitation to deliver the best possible treatment to his clients.
His treatment approach involves patient education, hands on manual therapy and a strong emphasis on exercise programs. He believes in holistic treatment and uses a multitude of techniques. Nipun is certified in Acupuncture, Spinal manipulation, Functional Dry Needling, IMS and soft tissue manipulation like Graston Technique.
RAKHI KHURANA
Rakhi graduated from K.U.K, India, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2005. She has vast clinical experience working in in-patient and out-patient settings before moving to Canada and working as a physical therapist here since 2014.
Rakhi believes that everyone deserves to lead an active and pain-free lifestyle. She relies on multi-modal treatment approaches and emphasizes manual therapy, exercise therapy and education in her treatment plans. She enjoys treating musculoskeletal pains, motor vehicle injuries, sports injuries, pre and post-operative conditions and work-related injuries.
Rakhi is trained and certified in K-tape, graston, functional dry needling, manual therapy level 2, evaluation and treatment of TMD (Temporomandibular Disorders).
In her free time, Rakhi enjoys spending time in her backyard and experimenting with her cooking skills in the kitchen.
JOYAL VADAKKUMCHERY
Joyal is a fully registered Physical Therapist in Alberta with a strong passion for helping individuals overcome orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. Known for his clinical precision and compassionate care, he combines advanced manual therapy skills with evidence-based techniques to support fast and effective recovery.
With extensive experience in both hospital and private orthopedic clinic settings, Joyal is skilled at accurately assessing complex injuries, designing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through each stage of their rehabilitation journey. His commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care has made him a trusted clinician across various communities in Alberta.
Joyal completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014 from Fr. Muller Medical College in India. He later specialized in Orthopedic Physiotherapy at Manipal Super Specialty Hospital in Bangalore, and in 2016 earned his Master of Physiotherapy in Orthopedics from Manipal University.
